We cordially invite you to join us on Wednesday January 23 at the Dutch Embassy in Beijing to discuss hydrogen developments in China. After intensively researching China’s NEV Industry earlier in 2018, since September 2018 our team has been conducting in-depth research of the hydrogen sector and we would like to share the preliminary results.
China’s energy security is challenged by the increased need for energy and quick depletion of fossil fuels, while cities are struggling with unhealthy levels of pollution. Hydrogen can be produced from a variety of sources and help diversify China’s energy system as well as decarbonize its transport sector. In 2018 the development of Fuel cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) in China took off with several cities putting Fuel Cell Buses into operation.
Holland Innovation Network will discuss the current government policies and developments in the industry from hydrogen production to applications of fuel cells. We have invited Ms. Wang Wanyi from the United Nations Development Program (involved in the UNDP-MOST-GEF fuel cell bus demonstration project) and Mr. Yang Anping from China International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Conference & Exhibition.
