Holland Innovation Pavilion & Startup Booths at CES Asia Shanghai
The Consumer Electronics Show Asia 2017 (CES Asia, www.cesasia.cn), will take place in Shanghai from June 7 until June 9. High Tech XL, XNode and the Holland Innovation Network China of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai combine forces at the Holland Innovation Pavilion at the Startup Park of CES Asia. In addition, around 10 startups will present themselves in startup booths next to the Holland Innovation Pavilion.
CES Asia
CES Asia will be held for the third time at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) and was a great success last year with almost 34,000 attendees including 1,300 from the media! CES Asia focuses on consumer electronics (3D printing, wearable’s, robotics, drones, vehicle technology, smart home and Internet of Things). CES Asia offers startups a unique exhibition opportunity for new products, services and ideas.
In the Startup Park at CES Asia startups get a perfect opportunity to combine forces and collectively position the Netherlands as an innovative, technology-driven and cooperation-minded country. There will be a presentation stage next to the Holland Innovation Pavilion where we will organise a pitch event for Dutch and Chinese startups every day of CES Asia.
Other activities
On the occasion of the CES Asia, the Holland Innovation Network will host and co-host several events:
- Prior to the CES Asia, on Tuesday evening June 6, Startup Grind Shanghai will host a special event with Ben Bateman (Senior Director at Indiegogo) at co-working space NakedHub. Next to a workshop crowdfunding, there will also be time for some participating startups to pitch. See this website for more information.
- On Wednesday evening 7, after the first day of the CES Asia, we will host a special pitch event at startup accelerator and co-working space XNode for all participants.
- Besides these events, the Holland Innovation Network China could help you to connect with relevant Chinese companies and help you to find your way in the Chinese market and startup ecosystem.
